Do you maintain plants purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we do! We can also take care of any plants you've purchased elsewhere. Before starting our regular maintenance service, we'll conduct a one-off visit to ensure all your existing plants are healthy and set up correctly.
Do you offer a flexible service?
Yes, we do! We understand that budgets can be tight, so we offer a flexible service tailored to your needs. We can work with you in a supporting role, allowing your team to manage certain elements of the maintenance. This collaborative approach ensures that you receive professional guidance and assistance while keeping costs manageable.
Can you maintain outdoor plants as well as indoor plants?
Yes, we can! Our team has expert knowledge of a huge range of plant varieties and understands how to help them thrive in throughout the changing seasons. Whether you need assistance with indoor or outdoor displays, we have the expertise to ensure all your plants flourish.
Can we return your plants if we don't like them?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, minus any delivery charges. Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition. You are responsible for returning the items and covering the return shipping costs. If items are returned incomplete, damaged, or not in saleable condition, they will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for the return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning any products. If you do not return the items within 7 days after informing us of your cancellation, your right to cancel will be revoked.
