Trailing Jade plants will gently creep and tumble to create a soft, pillowy mound of plump foliage.

In its native tropical South America, this Peperomia can be found growing epiphytically (elevated from the floor, clinging to branches and rocks) wherever its gently rambling stems can find moisture and light. Its vibrant, plump leaves and fleshy stems are quite fragile and easily-damaged so, be cautious when repotting or moving this plant.

Ideal for desks, where you can admire the simple elegance of those perfect round leaves up close.

A spot near a window with indirect bright light works well for this Peperomia.

Direct hot sun will scorch its chubby leaves however, so avoid placing on hot windowsills or too close to glass.

Care tips

This plant makes a very contented terrarium subject: well-behaved and not too rampant, it will relish the increased humidity found in this environment.

Allow the top 2-3 cm of soil to dry between waterings, and maintain an even room temperature...they're quite like us: if you're comfortable without a jumper on, then so is your plant.
