The Dracaena family is an extensive group of mainly tropical shrubs and small trees. Popularised in the 1980s as hard-to-kill interior plants for offices, this particular example is far more glamorous than most and a firm favourite here at Underleaf.

In good light the abundant glossy foliage will become dusted with galaxies of golden spots.
